How can I return a product?

Product Condition:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn in its original condition. Returns will only be accepted for products that show no signs of use or damage. If the product has any signs of use, damage, or fragrance, it cannot be returned. Contact customer support for assistance. -
Send the Product via Local Post:
Please return the product via your local postal service and keep the tracking details. Share these details with us at zinisa.com or +91 8422874081. Adjusted Invoice:
Please provide an invoice with a lower value than the original purchase price to help with customs clearance. -
Shipping and Customs Charges:
The customer is responsible for shipping and customs charges associated with the return. These charges are not covered by Zinisa. Refunds will be processed once the product is received and approved by our quality team.
