SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Coverage:
Zinisa ships globally to most major countries, including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, and the EU, except Pakistan. If you're unsure about delivery to your country, contact our support team before placing an order.

Delivery Timeline:
Orders are typically delivered within 7–12 business days internationally, depending on the destination and customs procedures.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Customized or stitched orders may take longer.

Shipping Charges:
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and delivery speed. Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:
Import duties, taxes, and other customs fees are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country and are outside Zinisa’s control.

Tracking Your Order:
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order through the “My Orders” section on our website.

Delivery Partners:
We work with reputed global courier services like DHL, Aramex, FedEx, and UPS for international deliveries.

Failed Deliveries:
If the delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, additional re-shipping charges may apply. Unclaimed parcels may be returned to origin without refund of shipping costs.
