RETURN POLICY
Return Window: International returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility:
Items must be in their original, unused condition.
All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
Custom-stitched, made-to-order, and lingerie items are non-returnable.
Return Procedure:
Email: hello@zinisa.com with your order number and reason for return.
Attach clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
Upon approval, ship the item back to our provided return address using a trackable courier.
Return Shipping: All return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer. Zinisa does not offer reverse pickup for international orders.

Refunds are applicable only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
Damaged, incorrect, or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Refund Modes:
Original Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the card or account used during purchase.
Store Credit: You may opt to receive store credit valid for future purchases.
Refund Timeline:
Once the return is received and approved, refunds are initiated within 7–14 business days.
Refund Denials:
Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration.
Late return requests beyond the 7-day window.
Missing original packaging or tags.
